Driver Pathway to Success

ACARS Towing is committed to providing more rewarding career opportunities for our drivers.  We offer the highest pay in the industry today, up to 75% of the revenue.

Trainee: Graduates from approved school.  Get on the job training.  Gain experience with seasoned trainers and get paid 15%.

Qualified Trainee: Drivers with a Class A and a minimum of 1 year experience but need orientation with our system (such as pulling doubles and working with new customers).  Will gain experience with the trainer & will get 20%.

Team Member: Working without direct supervision and will get 25%.

Team Leader: Have the ability, skill and knowledge to lead multiple people and teams.  Be able to lead by example & show consistent leadership.  Will get 2% per driven mile by his or her team.
